Leadership Success is an exciting initiative designed by the College Student Alliance (CSA) to provide essential and practical skills relevant to the circumstances of student leaders. This customized program integrates the development of leadership skills and behaviours, around typical student government issues and situations into their everyday responsibilities.

Leadership Success is delivered in a workshop format. Each workshop is participant-focused, anchored around small group discussions and exercises. Workshops tend to be animated as participants share their insights, seek advice and test their leadership skills and styles.

What makes LS so different? It was designed by the very persons it is intended designed to reach-the college student leader. Considerable research, multiple surveys and trial runs have led to what we believe is a leadership skills learning method that is unique and relevant to those it is intended for, student leaders. Even the method of delivery is designed with significant input from our membership.
